研究方向：
利用物理学思想对复杂的生物代谢网络和基因调控网络进行数据的整合与建模，利用数值计算方法对复杂的模型进行高性能数值模拟和可视化，结合先进显微成像设备和多种分子生物学手段对模拟结果进行定量的验证。最终将理论分析研究与实验生物学研究结合起来，力图发现生物系统抗逆、运行及进化的普遍规律。
