工作经历
博士,研究员,博士生导师。1997-2001年就读兰州大学生命科学学院并获得学士学位,2001-2004年就读东北师范大学生命科学学院并获得硕士学位,2005-2010年在德国马克斯-德尔布吕克分子医学中心(MDC)做博士生研究,并获得柏林自由大学博士学位。2010-2013年在斯坦福大学医学院从事博士后研究。2013年至今历任复旦大学生命科学学院青年研究员、研究员。
研究方向
1.建立高效的CRISPR/Cas9基因编辑技术;
2.运用基因组编辑技术把基因突变引入到人体多潜能干细胞中制作心脏病模型,并通过这些模型研究先天性心脏病的发病机理和筛选治疗药物;
3.运用CRISPR/Cas9纠正人体的遗传突变,治疗疾病。
